I am a real estate attorney with a private practice in Cambridge. I work for the law firm of Pressman & Kruskal, and we specialize in real estate-related matters.

After specializing in litigation for law firms in both Georgia and Boston, about two years ago I made the decision to concentrate full time on residential real estate matters. I love helping my clients buy and sell homes, and I enjoy working with them as we embark on the process together.

I work with real estate professionals and mortgage lenders to host real estate seminars all over Boston. It is through these seminars that I realized just how many people were unsure of where to start when buying or selling real estate.   This website serves as a manual, user’s guide, and forum for Massachusetts home owners, prospective purchasers, and the curious to learn about the home buying/selling process from start to finish, and also to contribute their own lessons and advice.
